B2Y began with something Kalaskruthi N Gowda kept noticing in her years running Travelmage, her travel agency. Again and again, the women who came to her wanted the same thing: a short break close to home, in good company, without having to plan it themselves. And again and again, nothing quite fit. Big group tours felt impersonal, travelling solo felt like too much to manage, and trips with friends usually fell apart somewhere in the group chat.
So she started something new, just for them. B2Y Editions are short, small-group escapes across Karnataka for women who want to rest, explore and find good company without organising a thing. Every Edition draws on years of knowing which stays, hosts and routes can be trusted, and is built on one simple idea: come as you are, leave a little lighter.
Never more than ten women per Edition. Big enough for good company, small enough for real conversation.

I’m the founder of Travelmage, and I’ve spent years planning trips for all kinds of travellers. Along the way I kept meeting the same woman: she wanted to get away, but didn’t want to plan it, didn’t want a big tour bus, and didn’t want to go it alone. B2Y is my answer to her. To me, a perfect Edition is ten women who arrive as strangers and leave already planning the next one.
